Since opening in 2023 it’s my goal to provide quality service to home owners, Apartments and small commercial properties. We primarily test Backflows during the evening and weekends some weekdays.

 Westside Residential Backflow Testing is not responsible for failed backflows and there will be additional charge to retest after work has been completed. Also not liable for brittle or corroded pipes and backflow devices. It’s not uncommon for things to break during testing due to age,location of backflow, brittle or corroded pipes. There will be an additional charge if backflow is buried in dirt, flooded with water or having to reschedule appointments within 24 hours 

or unable to access backflow due to no one onsite to give access to the backflow device that needs to be tested. Please have pets locked up if we need access to the house,the backyard or garages to keep us safe.
